THE PLANNING PROCESS
CONNECT
The process begins with a private consultation to understand your vision, priorities, and desired investment range. Next, you will receive an email with an additional form to provide additional information about your upcoming trip. This information will guide our initial discussion, allowing us to prepare thoroughly and understand the nature of your upcoming travel experience. Our goal is to collect details such as your travel preferences and desired vacation type.
In addition, we will take note of any specific requests to help select or customize the ideal package for you.
STEP 1
DESIGN
After the consultation call, we will kick off our process. At this stage, we will leverage our broad network of trusted partners to create a customized plan specifically for your dream trip. Depending on your package selection, you will then be presented with a proposal containing options for your trip, then we will continue to collaborate until every aspect is just right.
STEP 2
MANAGE
After you approve your proposal, we will send you a detailed trip itinerary confirmation. At this point, we can also help with any extras you wish to include in your trip. Whether you prefer to be highly involved or more laid-back, we've got you covered!
Rest assured, we will handle all your travel bookings and arrangements. Additionally, we will supply you with essential contact information, keep you informed, and provide any updates regarding your trip.
STEP 3
ESCAPE
Congrats, you’re on your way to your perfectly planned vacation! Throughout your trip, we will touch base with you - don't worry, we will only check in via text at the beginning of your trip to make sure that your arrival went smoothly and then again mid-way through your trip just to make sure everything is still satisfactory. If you require any assistance, we are here to support you. After your return, we will follow up to hear all about your experience and gather any feedback you may have.
