📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Agency Role
Takeoff with Yasmine Yteria (“we,” “us,” “our”) acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers including, but not limited to, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and insurance providers (“Suppliers”).
We do not own, operate, or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, errors, bankruptcy, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, injury, loss, damage, or failure to provide services.
2. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice until a deposit or full payment has been received and processed by the Supplier.
Quoted pricing is based on availability at the time of proposal. We cannot guarantee rates, inventory, cabin categories, flight availability, or accommodations until payment is confirmed.
3. Travel Design Investment
A Travel Design Investment (planning fee) is required prior to beginning research, itinerary development, or proposal creation.
This fee covers professional planning services and is non-refundable once services have commenced.
4. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment, the client authorizes Takeoff with Yasmine Yteria and/or the designated Supplier to charge the agreed-upon amount.
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered or bookings confirmed in accordance with agreed terms. Any disputed chargebacks for valid services will be formally contested.
5. Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and penalties of the applicable Supplier.
Takeoff with Yasmine Yteria is not responsible for cancellation penalties, change fees, or loss of funds due to client cancellation or modification.
Additional service fees may apply for changes requested after booking.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
If a client declines travel insurance, they assume full financial responsibility for cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical emergencies, and unforeseen circumstances.
A written acknowledgment of insurance acceptance or decline may be required prior to booking.
7. Travel Documentation
Clients are responsible for:- Valid passports (with required validity)
- Visas
- Vaccinations
- Entry requirements
- REAL ID compliance (if applicable)
We are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruption due to improper documentation. 8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, changes, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, labor strikes, airline operational changes, or Supplier bankruptcy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Takeoff with Yasmine Yteria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from travel arrangements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Takeoff with Yasmine Yteria operates.
